We came across the blog post "It's Time To Build" by Marc Andreessen.  He points out that we weren't prepared for a massive shock to our infrastructure.  Why? We haven't been building resilience into our infrastructure. We are operating at max capacity almost all of the time. There is no buffer. Is now the time to build that buffer?  We talk about that.
Also, we talk about the test we might apply to figure out when is the right time for business to go back to work.
