Episode Synopsis

The United States Space Force (USSF) was officially established on December 20, 2019, when President Donald Trump signed the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020. This act created the USSF as an independent branch of the Armed Forces, within the Department of the Air Force. The Space Force is the first new branch of the U.S. military since the Air Force was established in 1947.
