Happy Tuesday! Season 5 is a bit different than normal. Details for that below. Today, you’ll hear me chat with my college friend Sydney about her dream of writing, forming good habits, and how, when we're having trouble making a decision, sometimes just moving forward in any direction can help give us clarification for the right next step.

Season 5 Notes:

- These episodes were recorded several years ago for a different podcast. The theme was about Chasing Dreams.
- You’ll notice different theme music at the beginning than the normal intro music.
- Though I left the original intros and outros in, you can ignore the scheduling comments in them. Episodes now release weekly, not biweekly.
- Audio quality is subpar. I knew nothing about recording/editing audio when I started, but they’re good conversations nonetheless!
