today's podcast feels very close to home. i recorded this in a rut of inspiration. i felt compelled to brainstorm and speak my truth but i had no idea what was going to come out of my mouth. i jot notes but a lot of the time, i truly speak from my heart of experience and vulnerability. i let go of what i feel i am supposed to say and just let Spirit speak through me. it feels very blissful and at times complicated, complex and confusing. but regardless i do so with passion.
i know this episode might be difficult for some to understand, but i trust one day you will. for those that do understand, i hear you. i feel you.
