We learn about the over use of anti-biotics and what it does to our microbiome. If you don't know what the microbiome is don't worry I didn't know until I read this book. Anyways this is just a little of what we learn within the few pages read in this episode so make sure you stay tuned for whats to come. It does get better. But at the same time you have to be interested in these types of things.
