With today’s new economic reality, many businesses are facing some of the biggest challenges in their lifetime as they struggle to survive, let alone thrive in this health and financial crisis.Customers are tightening up their wallets as they are preparing for the unknown, but that doesn’t mean that they’ve totally stopped spending money buying things. In these strange times, consumer behaviour has changed dramatically where a lot of their buying behaviours are subconsciously influenced by their primal brain, which can influence up to 95% of a customer’s buy decision.Right now, the primal brain of consumers is in a hyper state filled with anxiety, uncertainty, fear, and feelings of loss of control in their everyday lives.
