In 2014, Melissa and other Hubspot employees created "The Culture Team," a diversity and inclusion team focused on creating a positive workplace environment. Melissa shares how this team was able to improve an already strong company culture at Hubspot and help anonymously voice the opinions and feedback of employees to the leadership team.
