The more you resist a thing, the more it persists. That’s a common phrase used in lots of places - transformational coaching, recovery, Eastern philosophy. It’s all about energy, the flow of it. That things have an order and flow. Ever try to rush to do something and it becomes impossibly difficult and then you slow down, breathe and suddenly it flows? Or how about when you are rushing to get out the door and no matter what you do, there are obstacles. Slow your roll and things move smooth and easy. It’s a message that’s not new to me, and yet like everyone else when I get wrapped up in the DOing of things, I forget. And sometimes it takes signs - literally - to whack the message back into place. That’s where I go in this week’s episode.
