What does it mean to make a declaration and then ensure it happens? Lots of folks talk about lots of things that they never do. And yet there are others who make audacious statements of things they're going to create and - BOOM - they get 'er done. What's that about? The meaning of the word and what's underneath it has been a pretty hefty aspect of my Leadership Training in the last couple of years and as I committed to a declaration about doing something I'd been talking about for a few months and then made it happen just a few hours later, it landed. Being willing to do whatever it takes. Moving forward when it seems impossible. Most of all, not giving up until I get 'er done.

And it’s why she created Talk, Unleashed – a new podcast of entirely candid conversations with fascinating people doing remarkable things.
