I’m super excited for the inaugural episode of Talk That Talk as I talk with Kairis Codio who shares his inspiring journey as a Division 3 college athlete. From his high school experiences to the unique challenges of recruitment, Kairis discusses what motivated him to play at this level. He offers insights into balancing academics and athletics, the importance of team culture, and memorable moments that shaped his identity both on and off the field.
