The most decisive year in architecture education is the fifth year where for the design thesis program, the students need to choose their own topic and seek a supervisor or a tutor who comes from the industry. A person collaborating with the student having an industry background is an important factor as the fresh graduate will be going into the industry the next year. By the end of the fifth year, the student will gain more confidence and be much more relaxed to go into the industry.
