Courage is a fundamental trait that plays a pivotal role in personal growth and development. It can serve as THE catalyst for us to step out of our comfort zones, confront our fears, and embrace new opportunities. It is I would argue more important than learning to create goals or set boundaries, becauase if you do not have the courage to even imagine a new way of life for yourself or imagine more for yourself then knowing how to create goals is not going to help you. You have to be able to be brave to believe that there is more out there in the world for yourself.
