* We are eternal creatures and the foolish only consider the here and now
* We are all late for some appointments but there is one appointment we WON’T miss
    1. Money won’t stop this appointment
    2. Fame won’t stop this appointment; Luke 16:19-20
* When Tragedy Hits
    1. God isn’t just for eternity, He is there for us in the midst of tragedy; Psalms 121:1, Matthew 11:28
    2. Tragedy opens the door of our hearts and minds to eternity
    3. Many people run from the house of God during tragedy but the house of God is where we find comfort
* God’s Plan for Our Life
    1. Psalms 8 - The prize of God is humanity
    2. What the world says can’t be used, God can use; 1 Corinthians 1:27
    3. The greatest thing we can do is reach others for Christ; Matthew 28:18
* Eternity is closer than we think, we have a responsibility to reach others for Christ
