I've been challenging myself lately to listen and engage with people I don't necessarily agree with to help fight against confirmation bias, and it's going about as well as you might imagine. In this quest, I've started reading a book called Leadership BS which is all about why everything we do as leaders and coaches is nonsense, and leads to nowhere. People are as unhappy and unhealthy as ever, so what do we do? Do we give up, or do we push back? Look, coaching is hard, but that doesn't mean its worthless.
