Professor Kim is a former chair of both the section on Commercial and Related Consumer Law and the section on Contracts of the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). She is an elected member of the American Law Institute and the Chair of the Subcommittee on UCC Article 1 of the ABA Business Law Section.
