Ps Goh Seng Fong preached on the name Emmanuel—God with us, for us, and in us. He reminded the church not to lose Christ beneath the trappings of Christmas, for Jesus is fully God, eternal, creator, all-powerful, all-knowing, unchanging, and the only Saviour who forgives sin. Emmanuel entered human suffering, died for our sins, rose again, destroys Satan’s works, and offers peace, hope, new life, and eternal glory to all who come to Him in repentance and faith.
