Not only is it our FIFTH episode, but it's also our first T-Shirt Pool Party field trip.  On this episode we load up and hit the road to Genesis Health Clubs- Orlando Sportsplex, a long standing beacon of fitness in Central Florida. These hallowed halls were once home to The Orlando Magic training facility and Parisi Speed School as well as many other athletic programs. Now, its state of the art training facility that hosts a diverse and dedicated memberships from all over Florida.  We sit down with Niki, Fitness Manager and Personal Trainer, for an awesome conversation involving beginnings, behavior change, professionalism, life lessons and even a little physical challenge.  We hope you enjoy listening to this one as much as we enjoyed making it.
