Mishka holds a Degree in Computer Engineering & Computer Science (UCT), a Major in Psychology, a Diploma in Psychotropic Plants & she is a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner & published author. She is initiated as Pampa Mesayog in the Sacred Andean Tradition (Inca) lineage, & over time has accumulated tools & wisdom from multiple modalities & lineages including Reiki, energy work, Tantra, bodywork de-armoring, tapping (EFT), breathwork, conscious dance & Vipassana meditation. Most of her greatest insights, healings & teachings have arisen through her years of meditation, chanelling spirit, psychedelics & ceremonial work.This was a really fun & dynamic conversation, where Mishka & I just geeked out about all things that we love & are passionate about, including but not limited to: plant medicines, cyclical healing, spiritual connections to nature, the importance of healing in community, discovering your purpose & meeting the divine (God) through psychedelics.
