Episode Synopsis "Episode 2: Using Routines to Survive Self-Isolation"

The Cynthia Miller-Lautman Show is now The Swinging Upside Down Podcast! The COVID-19 global pandemic is having a huge impact, and this is especially true for parents, whether or not their children have disabilities. Many of us are trying to juggle a full-time job (suddenly done from the house) while our kids are at home. Add to that the stress of keeping away from friends and family, and the general uncertainty of the situation, and we get a recipe for stress. In this episode, I discuss how you can use routines to make your days manageable, and give you some examples of what we're doing in our family to help make our kids more independent at managing their time.
