I'm too tired to write a description. I was held hostage by 'you know who' (the podcast platform I use). smh, I actually pay for this ability to broadcast to you...ikr? So I just re-upped it in October for a year, I think because they have my card on file and I just got a new card. They must be privvy that I got a new card, old one is done and they want the new one on file now..dammit. I responded to their email by saying 'in due time...I got awhile.' So I couldn't speak to a live person, but after pushing every button, I was able to move forward and account was no longer inactive.
