Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. (Psalm 55:22)

Many people have been trained to worry from childhood; it's assumed and understood that if you care, you worry. But this is completely contrary to what the Lord has told us to do and how He has instructed us to live. When something is weighing on us or bothering us, we are told to cast it on the Lord, and HE will sustain us. It is essential that we do this if we want Him to be able to take care of us. If we are carrying it, He doesn't have it.

In this series, you will be encouraged to cast your care on the Lord, and be sustained by Him. If you can't fix it--give it to Someone Who can!
