Listen "8: Bryan Singelyn - Nobody Cares What You Can Do Fresh"
Episode Synopsis
Send us a textToday we are talking fitness, and just a disclaimer, nothing you hear is medical advice and to always consult your physician before starting a workout routine. With the pandemic reshaping what “going to the gym” means, I thought it would be awesome to talk to someone who’s on the cutting edge of home workout & personal training. Before the pandemic he ran a successful workout program you could do at home and not need gym or expensive gym equipment. As COVID hit and the gyms all closed traditional personal fitness tried to pivot to a new model for workouts at home, but our guest was already there and had been doing it for a few years. He was able to grow through the pandemic. So here is my conversation with Bryan Singelyn from Heavy Drop Training. Don't go to a gym, no problem, you don't have to.
