As a 7 yr professional soccer player with dreams of playing in a World Cup and winning a gold medal at the Olympics, I endured and overcame 11 surgeries, concussions and several broken ribs. Although I fell short of reaching my ultimate goal due to injuries, my story is about sacrifice, overcoming obstacles, failure, perseverance, surrender, strength and hope. I will be sharing stories and experiences to help encourage, motivate, inspire and give hope to others.
