We're looking at a low tide of negative 1 foot early morning around 3:46 AM, then climbing to a high of 3.7 feet by 10:28 AM. The afternoon brings another low tide at 2.4 feet, before peaking with an impressive evening high of 6.7 feet at 9 PM.Heading down to San Diego County, conditions are a bit more mellow. Rip current risk is low with surf heights between 1 to 3 feet today, scaling up slightly to 2 to 3 feet tomorrow. Water temperatures are slightly cooler here, ranging from 67 to 71 degrees.La Jolla's tidal pattern mirrors Newport's rhythm - low tides in the early morning and afternoon, with high tides mid-morning and evening.
