Just as we need nutritious food on a regular basis to boost our immune system and replenish vitamin deficiencies, we also need to engage in regular physical exercise.Among the physical activities, I would prioritize morning walks first.Because I have studied and learned a lot about morning walks.Morning walk is a person's energy and medicine for the whole day.This is a very important matter.


I have seen many diabetic patients in our area who are suffering from diabetes and are walking regularly to keep their diabetes under control.They used to not walk in the morning, but when they got diabetic, they started walking to control it.If they had been used to physical exercise before the disease, the chances of developing the disease would have been less.Diabetes is a serious and epidemic disease in world.


However, I know very well that those who are physically active and walk every morning have a very low chance of developing diabetes.I have also gone to a specialist doctor and he advised me to walk in the morning and eat lots of vegetables.Homeopathic doctors in our country give the best advice.So now I understand how important a morning walk is, so I try to walk outside every morning.


I went out for a walk this Wednesday morning.When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is complete my household chores and start by praying to God.It must be said that I think we should start each day with a prayer in the name of the Creator who has gifted us with such a beautiful planet.Everyone should look at this beautiful creation and wish us good health.Our good health lies here.
