But is that true? Can going on a diet or giving up alcohol really make you feel like a new you? Obviously, any behaviour change, especially ending an addiction, is going to have a dramatic effect on the experience of what you are. But the most fascinating aspect of this exploration is - who is making that change and where does the change of behaviour come from? That’s what we’re going to consider in this episode.
