Our special guest on Supercharged, the Podcast, is Amy Smith, founder of Aligned Tribe.  Amy Smith started her first business at the young age of 12 and by age 22 was working across the globe helping organisations of all sizes from start-ups to large enterprises, such as HSBC and the YMCA to optimize their Human Resource strategies.  Currently, Amy is one of the youngest members of the Directors Institute Next Generation Board of Directors.
