Super Thambi, a local hero known for solving mysteries, investigates a spicy secret at Mrs. Anjali's samosa shop. Customers complain about unusually spicy samosas, leading Thambi to conduct an undercover investigation, disguised as an employee. He discovers that the extra heat comes from a batch of chili powder, a "gift" from a rival samosa maker, Mr. Reddy, who aimed to gain customers with a "hotter" product. Thambi confronts Reddy, leading to a samosa cook-off, where Mrs. Anjali wins and ultimately collaborates with Reddy on a special fusion samosa. The mystery is solved, and the town is united through a love of samosas.
