Episode Synopsis

Wall angels are good exercises for your posture and shoulders (rotator cuff).  I usually tell patients to do 8-10 repetitions and do them for 2-3 sets once in the morning and once before bed.  Here is a summary:  
🧱 Be consistent doing these exercises each day, one set when you get out of bed, another set just before you get into bed, then work up to 2-3 sets each time  
🧱 Start in position #1, then repeat #2-4  
🧱 If this is too difficult, do these exercises on the bed or floor, stop if you feel a sharp pain  
🧱 There may be specific modifications for your condition, please ask Dr. Cary at your next appointment or message him at 25-486-0062
