This episode we revisit the 2017 IMAGINE event. Sponsored by the synod, this event brought together Presbyterians from across the region around common missions and ministries. This particular talk is given by the Rev. Richard Mize and it’s entitled Facing Racism & Racists Anonymous. Rev. Richard Mize is a bi-vocational minister ordained in the United Church of Christ and serves as half-time pastor of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City, OK. He has standing in the Kansas-Oklahoma Conference of the UCC and also as an Ordained Ministerial Partner in the Oklahoma Region of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Richard’s work is inspiring and this is one of the best IMAGINE talks we’ve heard. . . . he shares what it was like as a racist, what happened, and what it’s like now in Racists Anonymous
