Clarice Williams, Educator, English 12, Aiken New Tech High School; Demar and Denay, Seniors, Aiken New Tech High School. As a senior project 12th grade students at Aiken High School wrote and published a book titled We Matter Too. It is a multi-genre book that enlightens audiences of the experiences of marginalized groups such as women, LGBTQ community, immigrants, ex-felons, and people in poverty.
