World Mission Sunday

The prayer of the humble "pierces the clouds" and does not go unanswered. We can exalt ourselves in the eyes of our fellow men and women, but the eyes of God penetrate the heart and the mind and know our true feelings and dispositions. Only the humble pleases God. Let us pray for the grace to walk humbly before God and to purify our hearts and minds from all that is not His so we may be filled with God Himself.
