Last year South Australian singer-songwriter Matt Ward released his second album, If I Was in Dallas Tonight, the successor to 2019's Heartland. The album is a collection of vivid stories and memorable experiences, with Ward's wry perspective on the human condition making for songs that are relatable as well as entertaining.
