Sian Richardson spent years running, competing in triathlons, cyclosportive events, marathons, ultramarathons and swimming events. In 2014, she decided that cold water swimming would make for a great new challenge.Swimming into the colder months in the Pembrokeshire sea, others began noticing this solo swimmer braving the cold waters and soon started joining in. The Bluetits was born.
