Damon found himself without a job, going through a difficult relationship break up and homeless all in a short space of time. He had hit rock bottom and could see no way out. He had to re-frame his thinking and get out of the dark place he's found himself in. When you're living out of your car and showering at the gym there's only one thing for it - make it a car camping adventure!
