In this episode I simply ramble about what summer has been like for me trying to keep a “sound mind.” I talk about an event that happened this week but how I’m trying to take a more “sound” approach. I also talk about the GOOD/BAD TINGZ that have happened this year but mainly this summer. I’m sort of ready for new levels but also know that I need to embrace the latency of things sometimes. Either way, I’ve been doing CBT sessions and have really learned about the importance of completion, and embracing imperfections. Come along for the riiiiiide!! See y’all there!!
