In the season finale of season two, I chat with Silvia Colloca, Italian born food writer, TV producer, and host. Silvia comes with an impressive cache of creative titles, which also include opera singer and actress, however, her recipe for self-expression is simple and like her cooking aims to honour the core ingredients. Silvia was raised in Milan, but it’s her more humble Abruzzo roots that define her understated sensuality, her serious humour, and her unadorned passion.
