Today I will introduce you to Beth Lendrum, a wellness educator, healer, and creator of the 4 Minute Flow. After experiencing a serious health challenge, she studied modalities like Reiki, Eastern nutrition, Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy, and essential oils. It is through Jin Shin Jyutsu that Beth reclaimed her health.  Beth's goal is to teach people self-care techniques that help them on their journey to wellness. These practices support the body whether it is a chronic illness, cancer, fatigue, stress or recovering from a sports injury. Jin Shin Jyutsu is also extremely effective in the healing of latent emotions in the body including, stress, anxiety, grief and trauma. I brought her on the show to give warriors a tool for symptoms.
