Morgan Dawson is the fabulous female entrepreneur behind Dawson Workwear – at just 24, she says that if anyone had told her at 22 that she would be doing this, she wouldn’t have believed it. Her successful company was built for working women by a working woman.

From her first day on the construction jobsite, Morgan experienced the limited options for functional yet flattering workwear. Just about everything on the shelves is designed for men, and the few women’s options are not tailored to the female body. So she took matters into her own hands, and Dawson Workwear was born.
