He is the Fifth generation of Buck Brothers Asphalt Paving & Concrete, with the company being founded in 1947. Jacob directly manages the asphalt division, oversees the sealcoat division, handles all of the marketing as well as doing a lot of the estimating and sales in the off months. He also oversees the finances for Buck Brothers and he’s doing all of this at only 20 years old at the time of this recording!
