This week's review is a dorky infotainment show about working out.  You would think a show with this premise wouldn't work at all, however, this hits all the perfect comedic notes whilst actually providing accurate exercise advice.  This spoke to me in a way no other show had done before, because I was a fitness instructor/personal trainer a decade ago.  It also helps that the intro and outro songs are some of the catchiest in anime history.  ONEGAI MUSCLE!
