This was an episode a long time in the making for me.  For every RPG, anime, and other Japanese product I've seen, read, or heard about, none of them have held a place for me quite like this franchise of rhythm games.  However, I knew that if I was going to tackle them, I wouldn't just focus on the games.  I needed to explain what Vocaloid is as a concept, how widespread it is, and how many ways it influenced the internet, music, and mass media as a whole.    

To do this, I gathered information from a couple good friends Giranoxa and Froggie.  One, a creator of the music using the Vocaloid software, the other, a Vocaloid/anime cover artist/streamer with nearly 10 years experience.  Both were valuable sources of information on how Vocaloid impacts lives and what it can entail.  I can't thank them enough for provided that extra bit of information I needed to tackle such a broad subject as this.  Go ahead and check their stuff out if you haven't already.

Vocaloid transcends simply video games.  I did my best to explain everything I could in detail.  My hope is I give viewers an understanding of how far reaching, important, and technically impressive this is.  After that, I go into detail the games' 10 year history and subtle improvements, culminating in the 250+ song epic, Project Diva Future Tone.
