Today we start a new series to really help you ask some questions about your children over the summer. We are calling this our custom fit suit series. Lori is very passionate about the concept of apprenticeship for your children. It’s best to begin by thinking backwards…  What do we want our adult children to look like? Their work ethic, how they interact with their community, etc.Our education system has failed our children for too long. When we graduate from high school we leave with very little real-life experience. The apprenticeship model is designed to be more hands on to allow our children pick up needed life skills. This helps them when they enter the adult world be prepared to work, understand time management, be respectful, and appreciate their work.
