Holding space to have tough conversations is a beautiful skill to learn so that we can make it less about us talking and more about the importance of the content and the relationship itself. Now more than ever people are standing up to hold tough conversations with people in their lives whether it's at home, with friends, extended family, or in the workplace as more and more people are taking steps to actively discuss racism, anti-racism, and white privilege.
