Interview with Dr. Alessandra Wall. The daughter of an Italian mom and an American dad, growing up in France for the first 18 years of her life before moving to the US, Alessandra is a licensed clinical psychologist and leadership coach who specializes in helping women secure the deeply satisfying and successful careers they’ve earned. She supports this mission through individual executive coaching and group coaching for professional women and leaders, as well training programs and workshops aimed at helping women and teams work and show up better, and by consulting with leaders to build better enterprises and systems for women.Dr. Wall has been in private practice in San Diego since 2007, she founded Noteworthy (formerly Life in Focus Coaching) in 2013 to better support the women she was working with. She received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology (Cum Laude) from Duke University and her Doctorate of Philosophy in clinical psychology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
