Listen "How to Recognize, Manage and Prevent Fungal Overgrowth"
Episode Synopsis
In our last episode we spoke about Kambo as a treatment. Also as an interesting support item of our bodies. But in this episode we dive into fungus and how it can show up in our bodies. As well as how do we handle it?
What is fungus? Why do we get it? They are eukaryotic organisms ( meaning they cells) that can be yeast, mould or mushrooms. Some forms will leave within us safely. But become an issue when overgrowth happens. Or when they us degrade dangerous synthetic toxins, heavy metals in our bodies. Some we can inhale from our environment.
So what are some signs or having fungus? Dry skin and scalp issues, eczema, psoriasis, bloating and bowel issues. As well as consistent weight gain. It can even show up as disrupted sleep at night.
But to get fungus to recede, certain things need to happen. Removing some items that feed them or create a breeding ground is key. Like sugars, white potatoes and alcohol. As fungus feeds off of them. As well keeping an eye of wheat, pasteurized dairy, corn, soy and sugar. As these cause inflammation in the gut environment. Which creates an environment for fungus to grow.
