Today’s episode is about my growth and development as a sexual being. Throughout my life I have experienced many forms of sexual shame, pleasure, uncomfortability, uncertainty, and expectations. The ways I have approached sex and relationships have been informed by these experiences, and I am now starting to unpack these experiences and identify how they have shaped my understanding of myself. I know that there is no definite label to describe the many ways we interact with each other, but as I strip away labels that no longer suite me, I gain clarity in how I plan to live authentically moving forward.
