In 1984, a couple living in Dodleston, Cheshire, England began receiving messages on a personal computer. The computer was not hooked to a modem, and the messenger said he was from 1521. Several research groups tried to figure out what was going on only to come away with more questions than answers. To add to the mystery, another group of messages might have been from 2109.
