Growing up in the heart of San Francisco Billy would get his first taste of rock and roll being introduced to the power of the classic KISS 'Alive' album by his best friend before diving into the music underground of his home city. From there his journey would take him to Hollywood and the birth of a hard rock movement that would shake the world with it's excitement and over the top sound.
