Stephen Spencer is a retired Commando in the Australian Army with deployments from Timor to Afghanistan. Upon leaving the Army, Stephen worked as a Fire Fighter with the Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES).Looking for the same level of pressure and mateship as the special forces Stephen deviated into Strength and Conditioning for elite athletes before been head-hunted to train the Presidential Guard for the UAE Forces.
